We take enormous pride in the quality of our products and the craftsmanship that goes into each piece of jewellery we design. Before each item is shipped, it is carefully inspected to make sure it meets Maria K Jewellery’s high standards. If, however, your jewellery is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@ariakjewellery.com We will discuss the matter in more detail in order to resolve the problem. Repairs for manufacturing faults are free. If we discover the damage is a result of wear and tear, we will  carry out a repair for a fee.  You have a one-year guarantee against any manufacturing faults. In the rare instance this happens, please contact us and we will make arrangements to assess the fault.
 
For further peace of mind, we offer free shipping across Australia and New Zealand with full insurance while being couriered. If your jewellery is damaged on when you receive it, please read our advice on this matter, above.
 
It is our greatest wish that your jewellery never gets damaged but we understand that accidents do happen as does wear and tear over time, even when you do your best to look after your precious items. If your ring, or other items of jewellery, need some expert help to restore its shine, stones or needs general repair work, contact us and we will do our very best to help.
